This was my EXACT reaction after my meet ended and I got to look at the score.

It's still my reaction.

It may be my reaction next week.

i dont even know what to think. It just seemed like offensively we were lost. And we couldnt adapt to their defense. Im not sure how much of it was on us just being that bad or ISU defense bein that good. Of course ISU shot the ball great and played great offensively , but we couldnt score! ISU played great all around though, thats gotta be there best game all year i would assume. i feel confused

Should be interesting to see whether the national media sees this but kicking and the SHOX slide as Valley weakness or depth...

No local tv tonight. The color guy is a familiar name to some of you. Former all conference Sycamore Matt Renn. He's also a teacher at a local high school in Terre Haute. Same high school as Gant and where Michael Menser is the AD.

I have the same question. Is Creighton just not very good, same with the Shox, or Indiana State..........or is the rest of the Valley just solid. When people say this could be the best Creighton team ever, im thinking they must have very short memory. The 2002-03 Creighton team, I never had to ask myself if they were really very good, when they lost i could tell they just had a bad game. Our 2 and 3 guard positions are a lil weak. And as good as Doug is on offense hes honestly pretty bad on the other end.

Sycs may win the MVC this year. They have the easiest remaining schedule among the Top 3. Doesn't hurt that they are playing circles around both Creighton and Wichita right now.
