I think I'm like a lot of MVC fans in that I always kind of liked McDermott. He seems like an affable guy. I can only imagine how badly he wanted to win that game. It's amazing that if you read or saw anythin said in the postgame he was gracious and didn't complain one bit about an obvious officiating error. Contrast that with another coach who dealt with a similar situation very differently not that long ago.

Obviously, some coaches are classier than others.

Obviously some coaches are more animated than others. Also, as mentioned previously, there is a bit of a difference in getting screwed out of a meaningless November non-conference game and getting screwed out of a potential trip to the NCAA Tournament in a conference postseason tournament game.

And besides, after that amazing of a game, with so many things talk about in it, this is all you could come up with in talking about it? Lame.

That was an awesome game to see. Obviously would have preferred a different outcome but I was so impressed by the way that McDermott handled it. Classy guy.

I was suprised at how minor league Wells Fargo seemed. Awful scoreboard. Makes me appreciate Qwest even more.

The "Screw in the Lou" was a moot point. ILSU was winning the next day regardless of the opponent.
