Actually, all props to him, but he's completely ruining what could've been a pretty big year for the conference. Them out of the way and you could think about the XDSU that emerged as a 12 seed.

Actually, and not to keep harping on Molinari, but that's a guy who ultimately got fired for not winning nearly enough in the Valley. And he's now winning the Summit over the XDSUs with less ammunition. The sample size is too small to infer anything but that doesn't bode well.

You're 3-4 in your last 7, and your wins came against teams with RPI's of 284 (6-19 UMKC 71-34), 246 (6-19 South Dakota 65-46), and 310 (8-16 IPFW 58-54)

In fact, this entire season NDSU has just 2 top 130 wins...a 3 point win over South Dakota State (69) before Christmas break and against 110 Oakland on Jan 12th.

After that your next best win is 166, and the rest are all 200 and 300. How the RPI is that high for NDSU has nothing to do with them, and everthing to do with that fact you have Indiana and SDSU on it. The average RPI of teams NDSU has beaten is 225...

UNI has played less games against teams with RPI's worse 200 than NDSU has played teams with RPI's better than 100, and one of those games for UNI is because of the fact it was the school Coach Jake played at, and was the last of a 3 games series with them.

Or to put it another way, UNI has played as many top 100 RPI games as NDSU has played top 200 RPI games...and NDSU has 3 games left against teams with RPI's over 280, and the only that isn't over 280 is because of Bracketbusters...
