Great game, with how well we shot the ball, the Shox hung tough and kept it close for most of the game. You guys will make the tourney as long as you win a game in St. Louis IMO.

Good point. Maybe Mario should be the offered commissioner of the Big East (a.k.a. The Holy Land).

Shockers definitely need to play better in the MVC tournament than they did this week.

My opinion, but shockers are the best team we played this year.

Most points scored on the Shox this year I believe. Some were wide open, but there were definately some that were tough shots (i.e. Grant Gibbs fading away 3 pointer with a hand in his face at shot clock buzzer). That is when I knew things just weren't going to end well. Hard to overcome that kind of stuff from a team who already shoots a good percentage and is hard to beat as it is.

Kind of reminded me of a game a few years ago, perhaps Nate Funk's senior year? It was in Koch Arena and I think the Jays shot a similar percentage of about 70%. I also think Funk was close to 40pts if not over. I don't know, maybe I am mistaken, but that comes to mind for some reason LOL.

***I guess it wasn't Funks senior year. Maybe it was during Korver's time. Or maybe I am just remembering a game incorrectly LOL

Creighton played one of their best games of the year! I don't think the shox played bad at all, not many teams would of beat us tonight. Its good to see us moving on offense like we did early in the year, I think this team is back! We mite of won anyways without Doug playing so good, but Doug was incredible, idk how you defend what he was doing today. And considering how good he played and the game was still fairly close shows how tough of an opponent WSU was. You guys did not lose this game, we just won it. I'm really proud of our guys and how we have never givin up and kept fighting this season. It starts with our 3 seniors, Grant, Greg, and Josh in spirit I believe really still helps our squad. Great guys too. But everyone else, Chatman, Artino, Wragge, Dingman, and of course Doug, all around we played a really good game I thought. WSU is a very good team and they fought all game. Again, they have been a good story and a tough team, Im proud of both squads really.
