Bulldogs have beaten SIU 8 straight times. A win tonight for DU, coupled with an Ill State loss would mean Phelps avoids Thursday for the first time in 5 seasons. Give him another 20 years, and he might be competitive.

Mike Reis on SIU radio:

"In addition to the worst scoreboard, they have the worst PA [at Drake]."

Apparently Reis is still trying to figure out whether they called a flagrant on Joey King. Either way, he has (at least) three personals in the first half.

Hah. SIU radio did a "top five moments of the season" reel at halftime. One of them was Barry getting ejected back in February.
Must have been a great season when one of the top five highlights is your coach getting ejected. :huh:

And then SIU went 5-2 the rest of the way. Definitely a Top 5 moment.

SIU wins 66-63. What a great job Barry has done with the team this year. We may be in last place but I did not expect this team to win 6 games in the Valley.
