Michigan is not an associate football-only member of an FBS conference.

Any associate football-only member of an FBS conference should be on our radar. All of the teams that fit THOSE CRITERIA would consider joining the MVC. In THAT scenario, the MVC might very well be the best available option, particularly if they are in the MVC's geographic footprint.

It would be nigh impossible to get an FBS team into our conference. It would require them to have a football-only membership somewhere.

That said, you guys are looking in the wrong direction for opportunity. Not Tulsa. Akron, Kent, Ohio, and some of that talent in the MAC East who have to be frustrated that they can't ever get at-large bids.

Who gives a s*** right now? We got arch madness coming up and then the NCAA tournament. I mean I understand the thread and why people would be interested, just me personally, I think Id rather enjoy the best part to our season until our season comes to an end. And then worry about this later. I'm gonna cherish our trip to St. Louis as it could be our last. And in many ways , St. Louis is where Creighton has made it from where we were in the depths of the early 90's to where we are now. Fond memories of that city, and of the blessings there are to being in a league of underdogs. It is a lot more fun to be the underdog, and thats what this league is about. I'm excited for what could be to come if we go to the new league, but at the same time really have loved being where we have been for the last 20 years.
