Now we're devising t-shirts out of it? Gee, guess it was kind of a big deal after all, wasn't it?
I don't know, you would have to ask whoever made the t-shirts. I'm just the messenger but I do approve of the t-shirt's creation and maybe you will be lucky enough to see them in Saint Louis.

You might want to focus on your Friday game before you worry about showing cheesy shirts off on Saturday...unless you break them out on Friday, which might be confusing to UNI.

To me Carl Hall should be second team, if not first. I'd take him over any big guy in the league. I guess I consider Doug a #3 - not a power guy.

Hall missed like 6 conference games though.

So nearly 30% of the conference games. Koch was a good choice in my opinion.

The only stats according to the MVC website that Koch led over Hall was steals and def rebouds. Hall led in overall rebounding, fg %, blocked shots, and off rebounds. I will take Hall over Koch any day of the week.

WSU wins defensive team of the year for the second straight year and didn't have anyone on the all defensive team.

With Hall missing some MVC games it's probably right the way it is but if it were me I would switch Hall and Early on the first and second teams. Whenever I watch WSU Hall plays his ass off whereas sometimes I don't even notice Early is on the court.

Admittedly this is somewhat clouded by their games against Creighton though. Early had 2 rebounds total in the 2 games against Creighton and averaged 12 points. Hall was darn good in Omaha and awesome in the game in Wichita. I was obviously very interested in the WSU-ISU game in Normal at the end of the season too and once again Early was a non-factor for much of that game until the huge shot at the end.

So although Early is obviously capable of a much more explosive offensive game I just really like the way Hall plays.

Anyone else notice they listed Colt Ryan as the scholar athlete of the year on the last page even though it's not supposed to be released until 3/7?

Oops.
