Another year or two of Mullerball and we can probably expect this kind of ISUr posting frequency to become permanent.
WSU played an excellent game and deservedly won. I can't say that I am a big fan of Marshalls but he is an excellent coach in all aspects of coaching (running a program, recruiting, the Xs and Os, etc.) I really like Cleananthony's game and I suspect he will be even better next year. That Baker kid scares me for the next 3 years. However, the player on your team that I enjoy watching the most is Carl Hall. What a beast on the boards - he never quits and gives up.
Good luck to your Shockers in the NCAA! I know they will play hard.
ISU may not have made the NCAAs since 1998, but WSU has not won the MVC tournament since 1987. 15 years < 26 years. ISU has won three conference tournaments since WSU's last. And yes I know WSU has made a couple NCAAs in the 2000s but I'll throw a couple numbers out there for y'all. I was born in 1990. From 1990 on forward, WSU has made two NCAA appearances and ISU has made three. 2<3. Also WSU did not make the NCAAs from 1988-2006. That is 18 years and we are only at 15 years. 15<18. So who exactly is WSU to talk?
Jwa123, I am glad you like Clean Anthony's game. However, I am sorry to disappoint you but Clean Anthony is not a member of the WSU Shockers. GoShockers89, Mullerball is excellent. Muller is a humungous enormous studly brilliant coach as he is among 10 finalists for the Joe B. Hall Award, presented annually to the top first-year coach in Division I.
Thank you for attempting to smooth things over Jwa123, but that is an impossible task. I agree with my fellow ISU student buddy, DA-BIRDS90. I personally don't enjoy watching Carl Hall the most at all. How about instead of waving your arms toward the ISU student section both in Normal and in St. Louis, do it to your own fans?! I don't know if he knows but he is supposed to wave his arms towards his own students because when he makes an amazing play, it is his own fans that are going to get excited not the opposing ones. But I guess he never learned that in common sense school.
