I hope all 3 get NIT bids. It could benefit your programs and give the Valley a little more pub. The NIT was very good for WSU in 2011.

So its the CIT or CBI. No way you get an NIT home game.

Teams won't start selling tickets for the NIT as they don't announce pairings until after the NCAA tourney does. I agree with BCPanther that Evansville has accepted a bid from either the CBI or CIT

Not really possible to host NIT since they changed the way they do it. They now have seeds and the higher seed is the host, from my understanding. The only way we get in is as one of the last non-automatic qualifiers, which would probably mean a 6 seed. They're selling tickets, because they've agreed to host CIT or CBI game on Tuesday, unless we get an NIT bid. In that case, they will refund money for the CBI/CIT game. If they didn't give the automatic bids to the NIT, I'd feel a LOT better about our chances, still unsure though. I think we had a chance to play our way into the NIT in St Louis, but that didn't work out, so I'm assuming we're back in one of the other two again.

Miracles do happen sometimes. Except for Evansville playing in the NCAA tournament or even the NIT, which has not happened in forever and is is not happening this year.
