Better season - Creighton or Wichita State?

I just want to say one thing. Enjoy this shocker fans, obviously it is very rare to make it this far in the Dance. You never know how long it will be till your back in this situation with a chance to make the Final 4. So enjoy it while you can and celebrate, this is what it is all about. If it weren't for some of the bogus stuff many shocker fans spew about Creighton, Jays fans would probably be more apt to admit we are envious of your season.

Now that your in the Elite 8 IMO you guys have pretty clearly had a better season. It's a great time to be a shocker fan. You guys are shooting well at the right time of the year, and that was the only piece to your team that was missing. I love the way the shockers play, and the class the players carry themselves with. Your team has made the Valley proud and hopefully can keep it going.

That being said, this was a Creighton team to be proud of also...even if we shot like s*** in our biggest game of the year like we have in the past. These guys were tough, just like the shox. They played their hearts out and overcame a lot more than people outside of Omaha realize. And even though our season wasn't as successful as yours, the way our future looks is even brighter than ever before. IMO this may turn out to be the best basketball league in the country, and I believe sooner or later the Jays will be on a higher level than ever before, and with consistency. The present is really a great time in history for both programs.

Absolutely. I don't think anyone can take anything away from Creighton's season.

It's unfortunate, because this is definitely the Creighton team that should have had success in the tournament. But, regardless, they had a great year. And that 70% shooting performance against Wichita ... I'll never forget that, no matter how much Scotch I try to wash it away with.
