IMO, Wichita is saving the Valley narrative going into next season. Creighton leaving the Valley is a big story but Shox making the elite 8 and final four is bigger.

tOSU needed two buzzer beaters to get where they are and should be emotionally drained. I hope the Shox players realize they are bigger than the moment and take it away from the entitled. WSU belongs in this game.

I think it will be interesting to see who Cotton guards. I think Baker is a pretty good defender too and could see some time guarding Craft.

Creighton shot over 70% in that game despite excellent defense. Don't take anything away from your Creighton team there ... that was without a doubt the best offensive performance I've ever seen from any team, ever.

But no, I don't agree. I think Louisville is the best defense in the tournament.

I am expecting the Shockers to win. I hope they(WSU) shoot the lights out all night long. The Shockers have been getting off to some good starts and holding on. I am looking forward to a WSU-Duke game, and a WSU - Michigan final.

This is really a winnable game; Ohio State has trouble offensively, and the Shocks bring balance that Ohio State will have trouble with.

Defense is pretty tight on Baker. Early's had a lot more room to work with so far.

Tightly officiated, but even so far. We've been cutting to the rim very well but not able to get past the size advantage once we're there.
