Here's one for you:

The St. Louis Cardinals' regional TV deal with Fox Sports Midwest is valued at less money than the Pac-12, on a per-school basis.

The Cards make an average of $15 million a year.

Oregon, Stanford, Arizona and Colorado, etc., make an average of $25 million a year, each from FOX and ESPN.

This, despite ratings for Cardinals games being among the best in baseball.

I've honestly never understood how the Pac-12 got such a good TV deal.
