2013 Additions and Subtractions

I started this thread on the PJ Star/Bradley board to take a look at recruits coming into the MVC next year (along with players who are leaving).

I don't claim to be an expert on each team. I used the rivals commitment lists and some other sources. Anyway...if I have something wrong on your team please let me know so I can update it and get it as accurate as I can. Thanks.

WSU also returns Sr. Chadrack Lufile, 6'9" Center. We are currently 2 over the scholarship limit so it will be interesting to see how this shakes out.

FYI..I didn't put every returnee--just ones who played significant minutes. Plus, since WSU is two over the limit I am not certain Chadrack Lufile will be returning

Uni returns Rank who has seen action every year he's been there. Probably the 6th or 7th guy off the bench. And I believe Bennett Koch was like Wisconsin D2 all state or something like that.

Jordan Jahr left the team late season.

Jaylon Moore 6' 7"So Center had considerable minutes last season
Adam Wing Fr played late in Season at the 4 spot
David Howard 6'8"will be a RS freshman 5 or 4 player
Rokas Cesnulevicius 6'8" So Center was injured in an ATV accident over the off sesaon didn't play much last season but was big in the 2011-12 with Sawvell

Since the aces beat the shocks twice, I think your team owes the shockers those two schollarships for next year since it appears we are 2 over....

I believe UE is looking at a couple of JUCO players .Otherwise our point guard will be a freshman next year.

Jake White is gone from the Shockers. I knew he wasn't fitting in with the team and I was roasted on Shockernet by some for saying so. I guess the coach shared my assessment of the situation - who knew? We were +2 over the scholarship limit so now we are +1. Who gets cut next from the Final Four team? Perhaps a signed recruit isn't going to show up?

I was predicting his departure in December, but predicting departures is a very sensitive topic on ShockerNet. He came on later in the season, and I thought he might get some minutes next year.

Marshall did recruit over him. (Hall, Early, Carter) You'll find out about Carter next year (6'7", NJCAA 1st team AA, 1st team all-tournament at NJCAA tourney).

The only plyer with fewer minutes per game this year was Lufile. The Shox have been over the scholaship limit ever since the fall signing period, so something had to happen. the most likely year for a trfr is the So year, so White was the more obvious candidate. White is good and will get minutes wherever he goes.
