Personally I can't wait for Evansville to become the Creighton of the MVC and leave you all wishing to be as lucky.

By becoming the Creighton of the MVC you mean leaving, right?

One can only hope.

ISUr playing @ Northwestern on Nov 17th and home vs. Depaul on Dec. 22nd are officially announced...

Expected to play @ VCU in the first of a home and home... @ Oakland (BB Return from 2 years ago), Dayton & Drexel at home,

Utah State will not come to Normal (BB Return from last year) until the 2014-15 season...

Love what Muller is doing. Definitely a much improved non-con. Probably one of the best ones in the conference from what I've seen. :+1:

Current rumors for WSU's noncon are H/H series with Saint Louis and Alabama. Supposedly there's a neutral site in the works as well ... there's been the talk of the Valley trying to set up double-headers with the B12 and MWC, and I'm holding out hope for Oklahoma State.

This article gives a pretty good update on what's been confirmed for WSU and what we're still missing:

WSU needs three games to complete its schedule and is looking to start one series at home and one on the road. Finding a game at a neutral site is another goal for a schedule that loses Creighton, the BracketBusters series and the MVC-Mountain West Conference series.

The schedule already includes a game against Tennessee at Intrust Bank Arena, home games against Davidson, Oral Roberts, Western Kentucky, and a Tulsa road game. WSU will play in a tournament at the Sprint Center in Kansas City which includes Texas, Brigham Young and DePaul.

Off topic, but the story also mentions a new $1.7 million scoreboard for Koch Arena being ready for next season.

WSU/Alabama series is wrapped up, starting with a road game in Tuscaloosa this coming season.

Alabama returns all but one player I believe from a solid team last season. Theoretically should be a top 50 team next year.

WSU's schedule is starting to look pretty decent. There was discussion with aTm. Word is that the only stumbling block was a date for the game, and that may be on the table for next year. Dates seem to be the holdup for finalizing a H/H with St. Louis.

Here's what the Shox have:
Home Games:
November 11th - Western Kentucky (ESPN Tip Off Marathon)
Davidson
Detroit (?? - This seems like it should be in 2014-15 in Detroit?)
Two CBE games at home - the only apparent RPI-killers on the schedule
Oral Roberts
Tennessee (Intrust game)

Road Games:
November 20th - Tulsa
Alabama

Neutral court games:
Two CBE games against either Texas, BYU and/or DePaul - November 25th, 26th

Illinois coach John Groce did confirm that Illinois will be playing Bradley as apart of a 5 team round robin... I believe thtat game will take place in November. Also, according to BradleyFans.com, the Braves added a road game at Arizona St. So our schedule should look something like this right now

Home
UTPA
IUPUI
Central Michigan
South Florida
Alabama State (round robin tourney)
Chicago State (round robin tourney)
Jacksonville State (round robin tourney)

Road
Illinois (Round Robin)
Arizona St

Ouch. I question if that round robin is even worth it.
