I agree with ihsi; there are most posts about the Big East and Creighton by WSU posters than all the rest of the Valley and CU trolls combined. You're either obsessed, or if you truly want it to go away, ignore it. My personal belief is having had to play butt boy to CU for so many years, you feel deprived of rubbing the Final 4 in their face now that they're gone, and so you seize on every opportunity to try to reengage them in banter. But, jmo.

I guess if your definition of eternity is about 7-8 years, you might be able to make a case for yourself, but given MSU has been in the Valley 23 years and finished ahead of the Shox 14 times, tied twice and only looked up at them 7 times , I think you might want to know your facts a little better. I give you all the credit for the run you're on and reaching a Final 4, but if "eternity " is defined by the amount of time both parties existed in the same basketball world, you've sniffed our arse a lot more than we have yours.

While you were digging through your media guide, did you not bother with my WSU-CU questions because it killed your whole point, or were you too busy getting rattled by my MSU buzzkill jab?

Eternity means eternity. I can't help the fact that Missouri State/SWOMO was a Division II or NAIA or whatever the hell they were up until the 80's.

Now, back ON topic. WSU is ranked in the Top 25. I wonder when MSU was last ranked?

Now, now.... I kind of like SWOMO. They are the closest MoVal school to WSU, and you can't help but like them or at least maybe feel badly for them. They are head and shoulders above IlSU who in recent years have turned into an absolute head case.
Bradley and SWOMO are my two favorites MOVAL teams outside WSU.

Shox have a pretty tough OoC schedule this year. If WSU can establish team chemistry, they will be pretty tough to beat. I can't see them losing more than 3 games in the MoVal and maybe only 1 game.
Of course a lot will depend on chemistry and injuries. Games I worry about the most are:
ISUb
UE (just because it's UE and they have a pimp for a mascot which is scary)
LUC (Because they are new, play in a little gym, and WSU won't know what the heck they are, and might get lost looking for the "arena". Either that, or WSU blows them out by 25+)

At least Creighton is still good for the league. We're still getting some press as they are mentioned as leaving our league (nationally hurting us). MSU on the other hand gets a rich donor to build a nice arena they can't even get close to filling up, win one year under Cuonzo (which it gets them into the NIT and knocked out in the first round), then lose him because they grossly under pay (150k or so) him, then harken back 20 yrs ago to the Spoon era (which gave them a league championship or two) as their golden era. BIG TIME STUFF.
