UIPUI was picked a distant last in the Summit league. No doubt all road wins are good, but not expecting a big RPI bump here.

One thing that is becoming apparent, there is a lot of good young talent in this league. The next couple of years could be fun in the league.

An early road win by a young team. Go Aces!

Final 84-78 Aces.

Good to see these youngsters come back after being down a point, on the road. Aces were 28-31 from the free throw line.

For me, this year is all about what Marty can get out this group of Aces. Future looks good.

Don't need an RPI bump, just trying to get the freshmen to do all the learning fast.

Terrific group of young players at UE and their future is very bright. They will make an impact in the Valley. I think now most will look at Evansville basketball under a different light. Go Aces!!

Colt WHO! DJ Balentine has scored 29 points in each of his first two games this season. Looks like we are not missing Colt at all. Could DJ turn out to be even better than Colt? The answer to that question is now being written. I'm pretty sure that Colt didn't have a 29 point average, after 2 games, in any of his seasons.

Colt played a lot more than 2 games. DJ looks good. I look forward to seeing the Aces play.
