In the Loyola game is was pretty sloppy early but we have settled down and now have a 31-19 lead at half. We are rebounding alot better than we have in the last two so I am pretty happy with that.

UNI continuing its steadfast refusal to help the MVC in the non-conference,trailing George Mason 11-2.

And that's how a 22 point victory turns into a 14 point victory.

No doubt, WSU has not come out as good as advertised with their ranking. They've played a lot of games this week. They're just going to have to realize games aren't going to be handed to them and that everyone is gunning after them to knock off a Final Four/Top 20 ranked team. Just the facts.

Inside defense is still awful. We're really missing Hall and Orupke there. When the team develops enough, they're going to be good. But if you're expecting 30 point blowouts from this team just because they are ranked, it's not going to happen. At least not yet.
