12/29 games in the MVC

LAST day of non conference games, can we go 4-0 today??

1pm Drake @ IUPUI....can Drake avoid becoming the 2nd MVC team to lose to IUPUI? I think so

2pm Davidson @ #10 WSU....can WSU end the non con 13-0? I think so

2:05pm SEMO @ Missouri State.....will MSU get its' 10th non conference win in a surprising start to the season? I think they will

2:30pm SIU @ Miami (Ohio)....will SIU be able to build off the Barry rant and TWO straight wins? Hmmmmm? I think so!!!

NO TV games today that I am aware of. Let's go MVC, need to end the non con on a ++++ note!

Looking at Davidson's non-conf schedule...wow, I wish more MVC teams could schedule like that. Taking UNC to OT last week makes me a little surprised the line is WSU at 17.5.

I think the Valley goes 4-0 today.

IUPUI 27

Drake's zone working well against IUPUI. Add in a few steals and transition buckets, and the Bulldogs have a pretty comfortable halftime advantage.

Bears win on last second shot by Dorian after SEMO it. Horrible execution down the stretch by us. This would have been a bad loss. Thankfully that didn't happen.

We end the non conference at 10-2

I'd be lying if I said that I didn't expect Drake to beat IUPUI. But, I certainly didn't expect Drake to destroy them on the road. Bulldogs led by as many as 31 before coasting to a 75-52 win.
