I'll be rooting for State in this one.

OK. I feel where you are coming from now, it is kind of an oxymoron...

DePaul is a big win for us because they are now a Big East team.
So that gave the Birds wins against a Big 10 team(NorthWestern), Big East team(DePaul), and a top 25 team(Dayton).
I dont think this has ever been done by the RedBirds in a single season, so it was big for us in that sense combined with the fact that we needed wins no matter who they came against.

Agree to agree. IlSU's SOS is probably right where it should be for the team you have this year. Challenging enough with some wins built in as well. I just didn't think DePaul was a good example. At some point we, as a league, have to get past the point a win over DePaul is a "big" win. Even for lower-division teams.

Redbirds are the worst shooting team in the conference and playing on the road, my money is on MSU. Redbirds score best in transition, if the Bears can take care of the ball and force ISU into half court offense it should be over. Of course you never know when a team can catch fire from outside the three point arch. Everyteam not nicknamed the Gargoyles improves throughout the season, but as the Bears newcomers contiue to gel with their veterans...I suspect they might make the biggest leaps from game to game.

The Bears dont have an identity and Lusk still doesnt have a clue.

Getting blown out right now on the home court, 34-21.

Sounding like MSU having a hard time handling ISU's fast pace. However, the Bears can really gain momentum by making the technical FTs coming out of half and scoring on their first possession.

He was probably right about getting fouled on the three. Said his piece, but he should have left it at that, not keep going after the refs and let MSU get back in this game.

It must have been a pretty obvious no call because apparently Muller got T'd up as well. MSU will beshooting 4 shots to start the 2nd half.

Surprising score, but per usual, the Redbirds have no discipline on the court nor the bench.
