A players only meeting was called by Mike Shaw, the Illinois transfer, on Thursday after the UNI game, and you could tell Bradley had some extra pep in their step. Great defensive effort by Bradley. The trio of Carter, Daniels, and Van Deest were silent. Lemon said Geno Ford challenged him, basically saying Carter was a better guard than Walt.. And that fired him up!

One thing...if this is a sign of a new start for BU and Lemon-Pickett-Prosser take this last chance at senior leadership as a unit, it will allow Bell, Taylor, Grier and Swopshire to develop without the added stress of a disruptive locker room.

He was making the shots that hes been taking heat for shooting. He has made a lot of shots he shouldnt in his run...........also hes missed a bunch he should have made. Thats Walt!

Must have been an odd game. There were two total players in double figures. Lemon vs Hawley. That had to have been a different Bradley team than the one that played in Cedar Falls on Wednesday. I did notice Wells didn't play at all. That is probably a good choice. The only time he should see the floor is wiping up the water that spills after a timeout.

Nice win Bradley. A perplexing loss for Drake with Carter, Daniels, and Van Deest combining for 14 points. Will be interesting to see if they can bounce back at home against a very very good Indiana St. team.

More importantly...it seemed he was pulling up and shooting more on plays where he had previously been driving to the basket and throwing up a prayer towards the basket.
