Sorry, I don't see anyone winning in CKA this year without injuries.

Don't I recall some IlSU fans saying that Kaza Keane and Fred VanVleet were going to be on about the same level - or that Keane was possibly the better player? I think there were also some ill-advised remarks from Redbird fans when Shox fans mentioned VanVleet as a probable PoY in Illinois his Sr HS year.

What are the guys ahead of FVV in Illinois HS PoY doing? Any of them in the conversation for the best player in their position in D1?

Darius Carter is the only active player on the Shox roster who was not trying to get into their locker room in Normal when security had to be called because the IlSU coaches had followed the WSU team to their locker room. Play Angry has eluded the Shox in a lot of games this year. I doubt they will have a problem achieving that against the DeadBirds.

Jabari Parker won Mr. Basketball in Illinois Fred's senior season.
He's doing alright.

I think it's amost a sure thing that this will be another "learning experience" for the Redbirds. I think that's what teams call blowout losses these days. I suppose you never know for sure...I hope the Birds put up a good fight.
