Loyola's attendance is poor in comparison to MVC teams. However, attendance will improve as the product on the floor does, along with affiliation in the MVC. The upside is there on all accounts. It is a work in progress but Loyola will prove to be a quick study. As for any MVC foes who fall to Loyola and bitch about it, put the blame where it belongs, on your team (see MSU). Be prepared as Loyola is a young squad and is coming to play every game. Let the conference battles begin...

MSU deserves most of the blame, even ported said today they played the best game they can play. MSU played all reserves in the 2nd half and lost Pickens to injury. Credit the ramblers for taking advantage.

So if MSU played their starters it would of been a close ballgame? Pleaseeeee. Your giving the ramblers a backhanded compliment. They played a great game and would of spanked whoever you threw out there.

He wanted MSU to own the loss. The lead was 12 at one point with the bears on a run. Lusk left the 3rd string out there to prove a point to the starters I'm guessing. Let's not act like Loyola is Wichita, they have a track record of losing leads there is no reason to think had MSU played to win that they could not of.

My glasses are anything but maroon covered after Sunday. If you really think LUc is better than MSU this league is really in trouble.

They should have played to win. That seems like bad coaching. Kinda the point of these game things. You play to win the game. You PLAY to win the GAME.

At home on that day? Yes they were better. Watched the game and there was no combo that Lusk could of put out there that would of resulted in a W for the bears. I hope they get it together going forward because they could a valuable 3rd or 4th quality team for the valley.

The part I took issue with was to say that if Lusk would of done something else with the lineups that the result would of been different. Loyola was clicking on all cylinders and nobody from MSU was up to the challenge on that day.
