This is one of those games were I think Indiana St is the better team, but I think the home team wins it. It's just very tough to win on the road in this conference, and that holds true tonight.

Looking forward to the game. My guess is the Bulldogs will be back in fine form. I am not so sure whether it was the cold weather or Walt Lemon having a career night in the Bradley game that caused a slower start. If the Bulldogs are back in competitive form they will give the Sycamores a real run, maybe better than a real run.

I am still having some of the Clabber Girl biscuits for breakfast I bought after touring the place across from the Hulman Center. They had everything from biscuits to racecars.

The Sycamores (11-3) (2-0 MVC) take on the Drake Bulldogs (10-4) (1-1 MVC) at the Knapp Center in Des Moines, Iowa tonight at 8:05pm EST. This will be a tough game for the Sycamores, Drake is coming off a loss to Bradley and the Sycamores have not played well at the Knapp Center, going 2-5 in their past 7 trips to Des Moines. If the Sycamores shoot well like they have most of the season and play solid defense I think we squeak out with a win. My pick is Sycamores by 5. Thoughts? Predictions?

thanks for not saying ISU in a route, whenever you did in the past it was the kiss of death. Will be a close game I think. Just need to keep shooting at a high %age and hit FT's tonight! FT shooting was dreadful at UE

Kiss of death? Not sure if you have me confused with another board member? I've made two predictions thus far this season. First being the game against Loyola, my prediction was Sycamores 15+, final score Sycamores by 12. The second prediction being against Evansville, my prediction Sycamores by 10, final score Sycamores by 19. Not sure how that in any way is a kiss of death but okay....sorry for a bit of optimism...

this goes back to games from last season, there were games I recall where you said we'd win big and we lost big, so that's what I was referencing. Just having some fun is all

so ISU has it's customary double digit lead, let's see if we can hold it or if we'll surrender it in the 2nd half as we have many times in the past. It seems like ISU has been playing much more consistently this game, so they may very well hold on to this lead and extend it.
