I don't even know what his wife looks like. There isn't anything you could have said here that would have more blatantly shown the obsession a handful of IlSU fans have developed for Marshall. It's reevaluation of your life time.

Maybe she doesn't act like a clown at home games, but we sat directly across from her at the MVC tourney that last two years... pretty tough to miss (plus a lot of downtime when you have all-session tickets and your waiting for your team to play). Only reason we knew it was her was by googling "Greg Marshall's wife" and finding a picture. We just guessed it was her, and google confirmed. But, it was pretty obvious by how she jumped around all crazy, complained not stop, arms in the air, literally falling to her knees on "bad calls", running up and down the stairs bitching to anyone that would listen (I could go on). We had 1/4th of the stadium watching her more then the game, since it wasn't ISU or UNI playing (they were in our area). Trust me, this isn't something one can "make up". She is a whiner just like her husband and the rest of the fan base.

It's pretty simple... we don't like each other... likely never will... so be it. I'm okay with it- you should be too

Since Redbird basketball is a train wreck and doesn't win anything, this is the stuff they talk about and look forward to.

I'd rather watch Lynn Marshall than watch other Valley teams play basketball, too.

People can be upset with Marshall working officials and "whining" all they want. That's fine. That's pretty normal. Especially for in-conference mates of a team that is currently on top of the league. I think we've all been there.

That said, I think when you have moved on to watching the coaches wife, googling her, bashing her, and trying to convince other people to watch her during games, you've moved to a whole different level of crazy.

We should probably leave the talk of coaches wives to the professionals, like Barry.

What I'm taking from this is that Mrs. Muller needs to start working the refs.

Just remember that some of these posts by Redbird fans notwithstanding, most of us are glad that a Valley team is performing at this level. Barring a well-timed hot streak at the end of the year, we're not going to the tourney this year, so I hope that WSU (and Indiana State) continue to play well, at least when you're not playing us. I reserve the right to be hateful and resentful in the future, when we are more competitive with WSU (as I think we will be in a year or two).

Not sure how you got that, but sure. In my experience it is awfully hard for one person to work the refs from their seat in the arena. Lord knows I've tried a time or two.
