Seriously though, lets not pretend like this shouldn't be happening. Fans show up to watch good teams. It happens in every league. The "Superbowl" thing gets really tiring. So does anyone pretending it isn't happening.

I don't understand the Super Bowl comment. Who cares. The biggest conference game on the schedule has been Creighton for years. I never remember crying about other teams Super Bowl. Just go play the game. This year Wichita is biggest conference game on other teams schedule., I don't understand why it is brought up every game. In a few years, it may be SIU or Illinois St. I don't get the fascination of announcing it every time Wichita plays.

I, for one, enjoy the fact that our opponents fans show up and get excited for their team when my team show up! There is no greater show of respect than a crowd of excited fans. Great showing last night in Normal.

Also, regardless of the outcome, thanks to all those fans that recognized what a magnificent play Cotton had. WOW again.
