MVC Tourney to Kansas City, MO?

KC a great BB town. More college BB history and national championship game than any other town in America, except maybe NYC. 4 or 5 year old SPRINT CENTER seats 15K to 16K++. SPRINT right downtown, easy 1-2 bocks off 3 Interstates for good access, and next to the POWER AND LIGHT Entertainment District---bars, restaurants, clubs, several nice big hotels within a 4-5 block walking radius. Only draw back is the availability of the Sprint. Saw a local paper story last week that SPRINT Center is the 8th busiest arena in the country--stays booked for music concerts and road shows. But, KC would surely make it available for the MVC Tournament. Several local business and volunteer organizations with lots of experience hosting and supporting BB tournaments: XMAS/early season D1 and D2 invitational tournaments, NCAA regionals, Old Big 8 tournament, Big 12, NAIA.

Think the teams and fans would enjoy KC area, KC B-B-Q, and the Sprint and Power and Light District
