Nick Wiggins seems to finally be getting his offensive confidence in the last two games.

One of him and Wessel getting going is vital to postseason success.

Nearly 2 minutes to go in the half and walk-on guard John Robert Simon is in the game.

This is basically becoming the blueprint for a negative answer to "Does Gregg Marshall respect my team?" When he's playing JRS in the first half, no.

36-18, Shox at the under 4...less than a minute to play in the half.

For those that aren't familiar, JRS is a 5-7 4th string, walk-on freshman PG.

Bone bruise on his ankle. 36-18 at the half.

Anything can happen of course, but having already beat ISU red and blue, and UNI in Wichita, it is unlikely that WSUs first loss of the season comes at Koch arena. The Aces and Ramblers will have a much better chance on their home floor.

but noone will be there to see it sadly

Good one...

Ramblers will sell out vs the Shox.

I really do hope you're right, really need to get the Loyola fan base fired up about playing all MVC teams

You seem like one of the more ardent anti-Loyola posters here.

When Loyola finishes ranked higher than your Salukis in the MVC in their first season in the conference and with the 6th youngest team in the country, will you still cling to your attendance bashing as your last refuge?

Looked like he re-aggravated the bone bruise when they trapped Loyola on an in-bounds when the game dipped back to 6 points or so. They got the turnover, but Baker came up limping and went to the bench.

Same problem he's had since the Tennessee game. Hopefully he sits the rest of this game.
