I am curious how FearDaTrees is feeling about his late January prediction of 4 WSU losses heading into the tournament, followed by "book it."

Need to go 3-4 ending the season. Seems reasonable

Both teams played really good defense for pretty much the entire game but we didn't really have an answer for Early down low. Myself, along with just about everybody in the HC last night, thought that Cleanthony and one with about a minute left was definitely a charge. Odum was set for a full second before Early plowed into him. If that is called a charge, we get the ball back with 1 min to go and a chance to take the lead. Missing the front end of one and one's late in the 2nd half will get you every time. Good game, Shox. See you at the Arch.

It was a close call. From what I understand the rule reads if you are not the primary defender on the shooter and you are going to take a charge you can not be moving at all during anytime when the ball is moving upward. Odum was sliding slightly to his left at contact and wasn't the primary defender so thus was called for the block.

Not sure where the mix up was but the problem came when all ISUb players switched off of Early and left an open path to the bucket. With the great defense ISUb was playing for that last 5 minutes it was one small crack that WSU was able to find. You all shut down FVV and that was a big part of our issues on offense. Great game ISUb, go out and finish strong and we'll see you on Sunday in STL.

I am not sure that the referees fully understand the new rules and the rules are enforced consistently.

There seems to be more variance is rule enforcement this year than in the past.

I gave you my Dick Vitale verbal analysis. Where is your's---please, no RPI, no SOS crap some of you guys spew.
Please, no one use any sort of statistics. Keep all discussion regarding basketball strictly limited to biased, uninformed speculation.

As everyone here is a former D1 player and D1 coach, I expect us to have riveting conversations regarding X's and O's.
Its rlh04d. His he going to diagram a play for us or is he wanting to get in an intranet game of TIC TAC TOE? Bottom line stat is Wins vs Losses. All those other numbers (stats): muddy the wasters. Don't forget, liars figure and figures lie!
Is this English?
No, Jack Daniels.

A couple of more comments.

1. I watched the video for the second time. I may be crazy, but I think Blue's defense on Wednesday was the toughest we have faced this year. It was very tough. Van Vleet was almost completely throttled.

2. I think I fell in love with one of the Blue cheer leaders. I wonder, if she might be interested in an older gentleman.

3. How old is Manny Arop? He looks as if he might be 37-38 years old.

4. In a game at the Y, here are three of my teammates: Desmar Jackson, Manny Arop and Marcus Marshall. I love all of these guys.

5. Odum is a master of the sh*t shot. I am not sure how he does it.

I really wish his mom would limit the internet time so he could study.

KC, your lack of intelligence is really just depressing at this point.

1. You may be right. It seemed like we out hustled the shockers and we won the rebound battle which rarely happens.

2. It happens to the best of us

3. LOL Jake odum is about the same age been at INSU forever. He might get a couple more years of elgibility.

4. Does that mean you're the X factor?

5. No one can figure but I think I have. Use the backboard...if you notice any wild shot or shot after foul he attempts at throwing off the glass to get the bank in.

His 41% FG% seems to indicate that he is more a master of taking the sh*t shots than making them.
