What ever seed SHOX get (#1 or #2, most likely).
One thing, I'm betting you can count on.
The NCAA committee, will match SHOX into a collision course with The Jayhawks.
The NCAA loves putting those scenarios, in play.
So, guess SHOX fans will get their match up in this years tournament.
Good Luck to You.

A "collision course" with the Jayhawks will be the Elite Eight at the earliest.

RPIforecast.com has added the conference tournaments into their predictions now. According to them, If ISUb wins out and only loses in the MVC CG, they will have a record of 24-7 with an RPI of 32! Now this will get some attention from the committee. Their highest % prediction for ISUb is, 23-8 with an RPI of 39. Either way, we are on the radar of the committee. I follow Joe Lunardi on twitter and he took part in the actual pre-mock selection in Indianapolis last night. They didn't have ISUb in, but they were at least in the discussion for an at-large. The committee also had Wichita as the 3rd overall seed behind Syracuse and Florida.

Imagine this scenario to get back to the Final Four...Sweet 16 (1)Wichita St vs (4) Creighton, Elite 8 (1)Wichita St vs (2) Kansas

I believe it was Syracuse, Arizona, WSU, and Florida in that order. Lunardi wanted Syracuse, Arizona, Florida, and WSU but was outvoted.

What's even worse is that it's going to happen anyways, but it's going to be because of geography, not bias.

I'm going to go insane by selection Sunday.

EMERGENCY UPDATE

The 1 line: Syracuse, Wichita St, Florida, Arizona

You could actually make a case for Arizona at 2 still (or 3) but post-injury, no benefit of the doubt.

Florida could erase Wichita's progress tomorrow, but for now, enjoy the #2 overall seed.

That ASU-UA game was one of the most painful I've watched in years. I love basketball as much as anyone and I hated almost every minute of that one.

There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.
