MVC Talent

I've seen every team in the MVC play at least three times this year, and I have to say, I think the league is as talented as ever! Tons of good players, and most will be returning next year. Too many young ens this year, but improvement is around the corner.

Agree completely.

There are some good seniors this year but it seems like the extreme vast majority will be back next year and even the year after that.

If teams can not schedule like dog s*** OOC the next couple years and perform respectably the conference isn't going to see a big drop in RPI/prestige.

I hope this talent figures out how win in the non-con eventually.

Non-WSU teams are 1-24 against the RPI top 50 this year.

Did you forget SIU was in the MVC? Jackson is a departing senior starter. Smithpeters, Obrien, and Olaniyan are freshman starters.

The nice thing about young talent is that they usually get better. Hopefully that rings true

Most UNI fans feel like next year is NCAA tournament or bust. We lose virtually nobody, and Jesperson (starter at Virginia) becomes eligible.
