No they are not, please show me 1 team off of Lunardi bracket you would replace them with. They have nothing in their favor that make them a bubble team. They are a "want-a-be" bubble team.
I'm not saying that a 26-7 ISU team would make the dance, but I would say they would be on the bubble and would be pending the results of the field. They would have an RPI in the low 30s, but would be 0-4 versus RPI top 50. From Lunardi's last 8 out, I think that ISU deserves as much discussion as a 14-11 West Virginia that is expected to finish at 17-14 (before conference tourney) with an RPI in the 70s. WVU is 5-10 against the RPI top 50. Also Louisianna Tech is expected to finish 23-7 (before conference tourney) with a 1-2 record versus the top 50 and an RPI of 77.
ISU is in the discussion as a bubble team pending a great finish. I am doubtful that the resume would hold up versus available at-large spots.
