Bradley is all but guaranteed the Thursday spot. Realistically, the best they can hope for is to win the game at Drake, but that will be tough, so best case BU finishes 8-10. They would lose any tie-breaker to ISUr, MoSt, UNI and SIU since the best they did is split and would lose the RPI kicker. Bradley's only realistic chance is if UNI loses their next two and Bradley wins at Drake.

Bradley needs to beat Wichita to avoid Thursday. I'm not holding my breath.

I'll go with Bradley and Evansville in the 7-10 game. Loyola and Drake in the 8-9.

Not necessarily.

The magic number is 9 wins for any non-Bradley teams to stay out of Thursday. Even with 8 wins, you are likely safe. Even if Bradley somehow were to pull out the upset of WSU and beat Drake in Des Moines, they will be 9-9 but still aren't guaranteed out of Thursday since they have such a miserable RPI and would lose tie-breakers.

I think the most realistic path for Bradley to avoid Thursday is if UNI loses their next three games vs ISUr, SIU, and at ISUb and Bradley wins the Drake game, BU will be 8-10 and will take the 6th spot. This seems very unlikely though.

The terrible non-con SOS and a few of those terrible losses in December could come back to haunt Bradley.
