One change I'd like to see that is no where in discussion is for the moving screen to be called a turn over (similar to a lane violation) instead of a personal foul. There is no reason to rack of fouls for a moving screen, but since it's not called anyways, I guess it doesn't matter.

Disagree with the making it a turnover instead of a foul but I really want that s*** to start being called. I don't think I've seen more than a handful of legal screens in any game this year.

Maybe making it a turnover would cause to to be called more...

My thinking in this (right or wrong) is that illegal screens are offensive off ball screens, usually set by big men 20 foot away from the basket. I can't imagine how many big men would foul out if they started calling it, and it wouldn't really be good for the game. OTOH, calling it an offensive TO would certainly curtail the practice, but not diminish the game in the paint.

It's really not that hard to learn to set a legal screen. If you miss the guy you miss him...get better at setting screens.

The art of screening is as much on the ball handler / Screened for player, as the big setting the screen.

I dont hate the call it a TO and not a foul point but, who gets the TO?

Those refs go all over the country. I don't think the MVC has the cash to pull refs away from other Saturday games.

I don't disagree, I just wish it wasn't the case.
