It was a sellout. Lots of KU fans stuck around.

Are you 14? Why be an ass to a fellow conference member after their team lost a heartbreaker representing the valley in the tournament? Seriously.

Because they deserve it so much. Go crawl back in the hole you came from.

I truly think WSU was/is the better team. I've seen KY this year and They don't normally shoot anywhere close to that good. The best team doesn't always win.

Early was spectacular. I saw one mock draft recently that didn't have him going until the 2nd round. That's insane.

The Harrison twins were dropping their shoulders into the primary defenders which by rule is an offensive foul. I didn't see the MSU game so I have no idea about your comprison but the refs in the third round of the tourney should be among the best in college basketball. I also thought the 4th foul on FVV was completely blown.

It is absolutely an offensive foul when you drop your shoulder and bull charge the lane...but they weren't calling it. WSU didn't adjust or couldn't adjust.

The WSU/MSU game was similar, except that it was the secondary defender taking contact. That's the way it is supposed to be called, but regardless, the officials were consistent and the losing team was the one that didn't adjust. Sucks for Shocker fans, but it is what it is; a hard fought battle where both teams were sharp and both teams had an opportunity to win. It's unfortunate that my team has to go home.

I'm not certain how a primary defender is suppose to adjust to getting called for fouls when your man is driving right through your chest. The defenders weren't putting their hands on the driver so that wasn't the call.

Don't get upset about criticism about the Shockers. Remember that most of their fans don't feel they even "represent" the Valley. They are embarrassed by the fact they are members. So if fellow Valley members don't automatically jump on the Shocker band wagon they may be justified. Why should your fan base support a fan base that has disrespected the rest of the Valley. The Shockers only represent themselves. That's the way they want it, so we should respect it.

Do you think you're actually bothering anyone?

You're like a little kid trying to tease his older brother. Kind of annoying, but really just pointless.

Mike Kennedy Voice of the Shockers today reported someone's tweet regarding the high school rankings of the starting five for UK (by my memory) #2, #5,#7, #9, and #11 (McDonalds AA), and the Shockers #138, Unranked, Unranked, Unranked, and Unranked. UK starters were all Frosh 7' 265, 6'9 250, 6'8 230, 6'6 215, and 6'6 215. That's just amazing.

Now I will say that this is misleading. Early unranked? (he was a Top 2 Juco player). And there is no doubt in my mind that Baker is as good as any #150,and Cotton as good as most #150- #200 players, and Carter was the #4 Juco player last year, and Wiggins was Top 10 Juco two years ago too.

UK however physically is at another level. I would have much rather played any other 8-9 seed in the tourney. But it was a fun year.

I changed my Facebook profile page to the Shocker logo after the game and will leave it for 24 hours. Great job Shockers!
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.
