Josh Cunningham had zero FG last night.
I also had zero FG last night.
Is it too late to get my name added to the FOY prediction list?

I'm not going to pile on Bradley too bad, cause it sucks to be where they are right now and I don't think they are going to be that bad, but this is funny right here.

Drake lost to Quincy a few years ago, but it was a poorly attended 11am game where Drake was out 4-5 players for injuries and Phelps just decided to not really try all that hard. Still embarrassing though.

Bradley will win a few conference games this year (hopefully not my team), I suppose that makes those teams not mid-major worthy. Jimmy Les must've left that team in worse shape than I thought!

Syracuse lost a preseason exhibition to D2 Le Moyne in 2009-2010 and earned a 1-seed. Out of our way, Shockers!

Oh wait, we lost to a D3. Maybe we'll have to settle for a 2 seed.

As angry as I am at Ford because this should never happen and I should never have to put up with s*** from the Augustana coworker in the next office, the overreactions are just as hilarious. November 7 is a little early to be giving eulogies and Cunningham who just led Morgan Park to back to back state titles didn't forget how to play basketball. Bradley has a team full of newcomers down 2 starters and is playing a game that didn't count against a veteran team that's expected to contend for a national championship. There's a lot of work to be done but a lot of time to do it. Whether Ford's the man for the job, I have my doubts, but he'll be given every opportunity to right the ship.

He left the program with 2 DI players and that's it. We were the pits of DI, and probably would have been the pits of DII if we were playing at that level.

Didn't Cuse lose to an NAIA a couple years ago and then make a FF or EE run?

Doyle has already had a transfer year. You only get 5 to play 4, so Doyle was already past any possibility of a RS. Exhibition games do not count as games played for red shirt purposes, so if Doyle hadn't had the transfer year to sit out, tht game wouldn't have affected RS status.

Then there's the Nate Funk precedent. The year Funk tore his labrium (that just sounds dirty), he came back and plyed a game "to see if his injury was really season-ending". Funk still got the medical that year.

Don't you have to play a regular season game to lose the redshirt?

True for freshman. Players that are in their second+ season of eligibility can't play in any games, exhibition or otherwise.

Meanwhile, Shaw hurt his toe and he's now in a boot. He's in doubt for our opener.

For those keeping score at home, our starting 4 is in a boot, our starting PG is out for a few weeks, and our starting wing is suspended for 2 more games. We're off to a brilliant start here.
