MSU nails a bucket with 2.9 seconds to lead 69-68 with 2.8 seconds. The zone stymied MSSU.

Once again WSU has bench players that would start for every Valley school not named WSU.

Rashard Kelly is a freaking MAN.

I triple dog dare any team to zone Wichita State. Please, I'm begging you.

Also, I'd like to see a team really try to play the Shocks in a 94' game for 40 minutes. That would be fun.

Congrats to the Bears for pulling out that come-from-behind win. Very impressive showing.

As for WSU, they looked out of sorts and lacking in cohesion a few times. I recommend a sagging, 2-3 zone against the Shockers. Focus on getting rebounds. WSU traditionally dominates in that stat so you should try to take it away.

They are D2. They play in the MIAA which is a tremendous conference. The last two D2 national champs come from the state of Missouri (Drury and Central Missouri), MSSU is just a half notch below them. This might be their year actually.
