The Panthers look tough. Singleton looks like the glue guy this year, starting at the 4. Lots of boards and good D make him valuable on a winner. UNI is flush on the perimeter with some athleticism, some length, and some skill. No dominate players, but BenJ can mix and match a line-up to go up against virtually anyone. Buss looked decent on D and can still score. Koch needs to keep improving. Another 6-9 body is going to be crucial at some point (ISU/UE?)

I also feel like the defense is better than expected -- maybe not Floorburn U, but better.

There's definitely things to work on in December, but so far so good I think.

UNI looks so good right now. Excellent execution on both ends. They look so much better than last year which is puzzling since its basically the same personnel so I guess it has to be player development. Good for them.

We've given singleton more minutes and his confidence is strong. Washpun is playing great now that he has gotten comfortable playing in the system. The biggest thing though is we replaced 2 very average players in Matt Morrison and Chip Rank with some real tough gamers in Wyatt Lohaus and Paul Jesperson. Not to mention that Ted Friedmans minutes of being a lost puppy have been replaced by Bennett Koch and Klint Carlson, both of whom don't get tons of mins but have played pretty well in the short amount of time they've been getting. Much more so than Ted did.
[Insert snappy comeback]

Marshall and Jacobson are the two coaches I expect to get more out of the same personnel year to year. That doesn't surprise me at all.
