This is a common complaint we hear, but when you look at the specific plays I have a hard time finding those fouls by O'Rear that don't get called. Lucas, IMO, just has a great instinct for the game. He knows where the opposing post wants to go, beats him to the spot, and holds his ground. Same thing on offense when he's setting screens.
You look at the guy, and think he's just a bruiser who is too short to play the post so he must foul a lot. If anything, because of the way he looks I think others get away with fouling him on the offensive end (like his last layup attempt toward the end of the game).
