the commercials were also pretty darn amusing as well.

I remember a urology clinic that advertised on Saluki radio. That always made me just a bit uncomfortable and seemed a bit odd. Then a urology clinic in Wichita bought spots on Shocker broadcasts. Yikes!

I guess the urology clinics have some demographics that say something about those of us who listen to basketball on the radio.

6 minutes left - SIU still up:45-44

First one to 55 wins.

Last year WSU fans watched free streaming video of every JuCo games played by Orukpe. If a JuCo can do that, you'd think a D1 program could too.

Quite the opposite. Both Northern Iowa and Southern Illinois are lucky enough to have sold their radio rights to Learfield Sports, the same company that has the rights to many bigtime programs like Purdue, Miami, and Oklahoma.

The rights fee that Learfield pays gives them the exclusive right to live audio of the games.

SIU up by 2. Unfortuntely UNI doesn't have the inside game to really compete this year. It needed to develope more than this to this point to have a chance to be consistant, help is coming next year, but it's just a too big a weakness this year.
