Sycamores lose to UMKC in double OT. that was probably our last chance for a win this year.

UNI wins 74-63 against South Dakota St. Panthers looked a little rusty at times on both sides of the ball but still shot 58% from the field. Panther bench outscored SDSU bench 43-8....and our starters (scored 29), led by 14 from Buss (5-9 shooting), 12 from Washpun (5-6) and Jesperson (4-8). Tuttle also scored 11 pts to go with 9 assists.

Jacks had 4 guards combine for 54 of their 63 pts including 16 from Wisconsin transfer George Marshall and 15 from Florida transfer Deondre Parks. That's a team that should continue to climb the RPI ranks and challenge for the Summit title.
[Insert snappy comeback]

What has happened to Indiana State? You knew they'd take a step back, but they're staring other place in the face. Just have no idea what happened.

You're underestimating Drake's complete ineptitude

we're bad, really bad, we all knew we'd step back, but not to this degree. We can't shoot (among the worst in the NCAA), we can't hit free throws, (again, among the worst), we can't play defense, and we can't rebound. Against UMKC we were out rebounded by double digits. Coming in to the game, UMKC was the team that had been getting out rebounded by double digits.

It will be a battle between INS and Drake for 10th place for sure.

There are three teams really struggling this year and two more that aren't very good. Chances are that one will come out with quite a few wins.

I predict SIU will be the team of the "bad 5" that will come out with the most wins.
