10th

1pm Evansville @ Bradley (can the Aces rebound from two straight MVC losses?)

3pm UNI at Drake ESPN3 (should be an easy win for UNI)

3:05pm Indiana State at SIU ESPN3 (can INS win at a place they have had little success?)

11th

2pm Illinois State @ Missouri State ESPN3 (Good game, lots on the line in this one)

4pm Wichita State @ Loyola ESPNU (can Loyola sell out their arena?)

Interesting to see if the favored teams can sweep on Saturday. I'm guessing no, road games are hard.

Good matchups that should tell us quite a bit about the league race on Sunday.

My personal thanks to Loyola for not being 300 in the RPI. It's really nice not having to deal with that every game. Should be interesting to see how that one shakes out.

Thanks for posting this. Probably won't be worth watching, but who knows. I still don't know what to think of the WSU/Drake game.

Leading scorer Warren Jones should return for Bradley. If the Braves can limit Balentine I like their chances.

Interesting. I do not know if Geno is getting it done, and will not blame a Gargoyles fan for wanting a new coach, but your team sure was decimated by injuries this year. Never really had a chance.

The Braves have yet to play a game this season with their entire roster. However, injuries decimate every team at some point or another.
As for Geno, I don't know what to think. When I look at the Braves roster, I like some of the pieces we have. I think Tramique Sutherland is a good player. Warren Jones is a good player. Austin Barnes is a solid piece. Josh Cunningham will be a stud. Kadarryl Bell is a great defender. Another freshman Donte Thomas should turn out to be a good get. But, games aren't played on paper. And what's so frustrating is that our defense is like top 50 in the country in ppg allowed. If our offense was just AVERAGE we'd be an okay team. Maybe Jones can add a new element. I think we could find a way out of Thursday honestly, but I won't hold my breath.

Hopefully Birds can pull it out on the road. Decent chunk of ISU fans driving home going to the game from the National Championship Saturday...

This is going to be a really interesting weekend. Lot of upset potential with the better teams on the road.

Yes, we will finally see Bradley's complete squad on the floor today. Warren Jones will be on a minutes count. Having him out there, only if it's for part of the game should help though. What scares me is you have Evansville, the best shooting team in the Valley, going up against the worst shooting team in the conference. To put it in another perspective, Bradley was shooting out of their minds against WSU in the first half, but still only put up 28 points. Bradley is solid at home as of late, so that should help, but I don't think Bradley has the offensive firepower to overcome the Aces.
