This team full of "losers" is now 4-0 in Valley play. Don't over cook your crow.

Cooking it too early normally leaves you with a bad taste. We'll wait for the Sycs to play some upper half teams
[Insert snappy comeback]

Devote Brown takes a lot of heat from ISU fans for a lot of things, but he saved us today, what a performance! Wow! We rarely win at SIU, so this is a bonus!

At one point in the second half UNI was shooting 90% from the field. Something you don't see often.

Most of those shots were layups or dunks. The ones that weren't were wide open 3's. UNI completely picked apart Drake's defense in the 2nd half, much like Illinois State did all game on Wednesday.

Drake's offense continues to be beyond bad. In 4 MVC games, the Bulldogs are averaging 45.0 ppg. DU's seniors provided absolutely nothing today....the 5 seniors combined for 13 points in 113 combined minutes. The freshmen had 25 points in 72 minutes.

I know fans were bracing for a bad year, but is Giac still enjoying solid support in Des Moines? Guessing he's still in the honeymoon period and folks aren't expecting improvement until next year but am curious.

Let's just say that Drakenation has been quite interesting to read lately. A lot of questions being asked.

He is still in the honeymoon period, but people are definitely starting to question whether he can get it done. Fans were expecting a rough season, but this team is a lot worse than anybody expected. A lot of help on the way next year, but next year's team will be extremely young (no seniors and only 3 juniors).

Gotcha, many thanks. I hope he's able to right the ship.

I beg to differ. Have you seen Drake's numbers since MVC play started?
