I don't think Evansville has much to worry about. Not enough games left to fall that far, IMO.

Oh, you're right. My ever low expectations for them have erroneously caught up to me. Oops.

I mean, it could be close, I just don't think there are quite enough games left on the schedule. They do have games remaining @WSU, @UNI, and ISUr, so I think they are probably going to lose a few. BUT,...though some of these other teams might even be playing better now, that doesn't mean they are good teams that are going to win out the rest of their games against the lower division.

Loyola 4-8
Drake 4-8
-LU won the first match-up in Chicago.

SIU 3-9
Bradley 3-9
-Teams split their 2 games.
-Bradley would win tiebreak due to Jank Rule.

Missouri State 3-10
-The abyss is calling.

Illinois State 7-7 (+1)
Loyola 6-8
=T=H=U=R=S=D=A=Y=
Drake 5-9 (-1)

Illinois State should be ok. Even with a home loss to Loyola, the Birds would have the tiebreaker via the Jank Rule.

Drake hosts Loyola is Game 17.

Drake gets the 6 seed with two home wins against Mo State and Loyola unless Loyola beats UNI at home or Illinois State on the road.

2-WSU/UNI
3-InSU
4-IlSU
5-UE
6-Drake
7-Loyola
8-SIU
9-Bradley
10-MSU

This year is one of the easier ones to tell headed down the stretch.

Anybody who thinks Baker is a flopper is an idiot. He leads our team in blocked shots (which is also an indictment of our front line). He also is second on the team in steals. He plays the right way, as do many teams and players in the Valley. Flopping is a chicken**** way to play defense. Baker, or any other Shocker for that matter, just don't play that way.

Baker is a flopper, he does more than LeBron. Him and Marshall need to learn you don't get every call especially every time you are hit in the face. Cupcakes

If Drake can beat MSU today....and that's a big if......

Then the winner of Wednesday's DU-LU game gets 6th place.
