The only reason WSU would lose would be because of the damned lose-last-game-in-St.-Louis curse. What is it 23 years, including last year?

Seriously, UNI is damned scary, and like WSU they don't give up.

(I think the Shockers are still mad about the worst loss most of them (All of them, except maybe Cotton... and I just checked, yep, his too.) have had in college at UNI, and want to beat them again. )

Ok, happily I was wrong--Wow was I ever !! Ramblers winning was possible, but blistering Trees by a record spread was ridiculous ! Are Ramblers that good or are Trees that awful ???---A little of both I think--Am happy for our LITTLE guys though !

ISU got taken to the wood shed, and deservedly so. They played w/ no heart or passion...an inevitable, "Who Gives a s***," attitude after a 3rd place finish. Total embarrassment to their fans & alumni, not withstanding the MVC. This score should greater insight to Lansing's sideline ability, as he's constantly being waxed & buffed by MVC commentator, Mark Adams. Is it necessary to look @ the ISU box score?

A lil' ISU history since their 2011 MVC "miracle" Arch Madness win:

Syracuse - just overmatched. Happy with the effort
Robert Morris - embarrassing game all around.
Iowa - they were probably the better team but it should have been competitive and it wasnt.
Arkansas - ran out of the gym by their tempo
Loyola (probably) - Mark Adams couldnt even think of anything positive (excl. the "gloating" over Lansing's coaching ability).

Either UNI or WSU could get upset on Saturday, but both won't and that would mean that [insert team] would have to play 2 of their best games of the year to win. If they had that consistency, then WSU and UNI would have not going 17-1 and 16-2 respectively in the league.

Thank God our 55% free throw shooter made 4-4 those last two minutes. We must've got all the misses out of the way against E-ville

Okay to be real the reason we wouldn't win is a team successfully shuts down Tuttle and our shot makers don't make shots. Turning the ball over would also be a reason we could lose.

That bolded part was true in the first half. We were down 18 in the first half. If they hadn't started making shots we would not have won Arch Madness!
