UNI hasn't been involved in a game decided by single digits in over 6 weeks. A close one might be good for the Panthers heading into the tournament.

just a clarification: the championship game will be on the regular CBS network, not the specific "CBS Sports Network" (does that even still exist?)

After two straight physical, close games, the Redbirds probably need a really strong bench contribution to be competitive.

Not sure who I will be rooting for today. It's a bit of a win-win for the Valley, though I suppose the 1+ extra NCAA shares that the Redbirds would generate is PROBABLY worth more than a UNI protected seed. Kind of a bird in the hand sort of thing.

I'm not sure who to pull for either. I think UNI is the better team and it would be a fitting end to Tuttles MVC career. But it would also be really cool to get 3 teams in. Kind of a win win for the Valley either way.

And given my history of cheering for the winner of Arch Madness, that pretty much guarantees a UNI win.
