We care that we suck. We just don't care that it hurts WSU. Donate more money and maybe influence the move to a better conference or just put up with the fact that the Valley is your collective doormat. Win games you should and schedule a strong non-con and you should be fine in the Valley. Even if WSU is a "bubble" team right now their odds of winning the Valley Tournament is still really good.

Fyi we did schedule up.. Top 10 non con SOS. We just happened to be missing 3 or 4 rotation players in all the key games. Still the only bad losses WSU has are from the MVC.

Crying to a bunch of people who could give two sh*** about WSU. The WSU fans turn a nose up to the conference and its fans, then when lose hope to get sympathy from us. Not happening. We understand the problem, but your solution is to win all games....again look in the freakin mirror at your heroes.

FWIW --- ISUr, UNI, WSU, and Indy St schedule up. In fact, ISUr has the #8 nonCon SOS in the country.

WSU has lost consecutive games to CBI level teams. And don't forget that Shockers lost to Tulsa and Seton Hall with Van Vleet.

You're not that good Wichita. The sooner you acknowledge it the happier you'll be.

Wichita now has 2 losses in conference play. Against two CBI-caliber teams.

When healthy, they missed out on two quality win opportunities vs Tulsa and Seton Hall.

Now, imagine if WSU got their wish and was in the AAC. If they have two MVC losses, they'd likely have 5 or so AAC losses. That'd put them at 10 losses on the season. Right back on the bubble where they are now.

I'm not really angry at this conference. I was over this conference about 2 years ago. It is what it and it's not going to be fixed by the member schools so the Shockers need to care of business on their own. Gonzaga has done it for 10-15 years and it's never really been a problem for them, it should be the same for us.

I simply have a problem with people acting like the conference doesn't hurt Wichita State. It does hurt Wichita State and the WCC hurts Gonzaga. The conference is a hurdle we have to overcome every single year and acting like it isn't just shows a complete lack of understanding as to how RPI and SOS and basketball in general works.
