There was a good scouting report on the new beats players in the recruiting section. Now might be the time for fans to update the rest of the league on the development of the new recruits.
For WSU:
Top 150 freshman guard, 6-3 CJ Keyser is very athletic with a marginal shooting touch. He is battling a stress reaction.
The nations leading scorer, 6-5 freshman PG Austin Reaves had off-season shoulder surgery and is side-lined until August.
RS freshman Lwndry Shamet is back and battling for time as a PG.
Peyton Allen started at Texas A&M as a freshman and will be a sophomore at WSU after a transfer year. He is said to be very skilled, but lacks lateral quickness.
Daishon Smith is a very fast JUCO PG. He has trouble slowing down.
Darral Willis is a 6-9 JUCO forward. He is battling for a starting position at the 4/5 and is a skilled offensive player and a rebounding ball-hawk comparable to Carl Hall.
