Ummmm, he isn't even touching him in the picture...But I didn't see it live to begin with so I don't have a clue.

Well it is a picture. Video on the news clearly shows him swiping his arm down on Kelly's face. Look at the picture and play the play out in your head. Guy trying to block shot, swiping at ball, arm his other guys face and arm. I don't think there is any question there was a foul on the play. I can understand the frustration on the timing, but a foul is a foul.

There was a foul and it was called. It wasn't on his arm....it was on his non shooting shoulder. It didn't alter his shot or momentum. Was a dumb foul to make and a dumb foul to call. Elgin didn't seem pleased about it either.

tomato tuhmahdo.... lol . When you bring you arm down on that area = a foul a great percentage of the time is all I'm saying. I think the call was fine.

It took a horrific officiating decision to cost MSU their first game on the road to a 6-1 team by one point. I'd be afraid if you are any other team in the Valley. Of course, this idiocy probably cost them a shot at an at-large bid, but it's typical for the two-bit officiating in this conference.

MSU is still the best team in the conference, and I'd hate to be Creighton on Saturday.

I actually thought Ricks got fouled on his drive just before the final play that wasn't called. Weems was a foul as well but you don't make that call IMO. Not much of a ref card guy though and the Bears are still sitting pretty good.

I have a feeling this outcome will swell the Sycamore population over here and dwindle the Bear population somewhat.

At least Indiana State helped keep us in the race.

Really?

One call does not win or lose a game. How many plays were in that game? And you are going to try and pinpoint it to one? Besides, if the call is not made that does not mean you win the game. It would have went to OT. Who's to say you would have won in OT.
