I guess UNI fans can bank on a turnaround like early on in last season's valley play. 2-6 to start last year I do believe. All it takes is 1 win to Jumpstart a team. I understand they don't still have players like Wes, Paul, and Matt but with Bradley and Drake this week on their schedule, I don't believe there is a better opportunity.

Nor should they lose by 17 at home. And the score didn't really show how bad of a beat down it really was.

What's worse losing by 43 on the road to top 10 team in the country or getting handed to you at home by a mid pack/lower tier team in Big 12? Asking for a friend.

Losing by 17 at home is bad, but it's not 43 point bludgeoning bad. I would make a wager that Oklahoma State finishes top half in the Big XII this year.

I thought they played okay yesterday, but they have dug themselves a hole, and there is no separation in talent between 3rd and 10th right now.

Where in the hell is UNI making up, a minimum, of 2 games? Let's pretend UNI sweeps UE and ISUB (won't happen because UNI doesn't win in Indiana). They then have to win at least 5 more games to avoid being sucked into a tie breaker (which they'd lose).
