Well, I guess since WSU has 1 more loss in the column, you could look at it that way. If WSU played at home first, the situations would be reversed.
I would think both teams are feeling it because a loss by either would eliminate them from NCAA at-large discussions.
Given WSU's track history over the last 6 years of pressurized moments, I'll default to them for knowing how to handle the situation. Illinois State may have older players but they haven't played in many big games.
